We sleep and eat well, we work out every day and we always keep ourselves hydrated. We are human beings with amazing and unique skills, and it's our duty to keep our body safely connected as long as it's functioning properly.
Sacral
We are not afraid to have fun, and embrace ambiguity. We are willing to pursue lots of different ideas and create unexpected solution because by honoring our bodies and expressing ourselves creatively, we are keeping the energy wheels turning and fluid. We give ourselves permission to be fantastically creative.
The Solar Plexus
Willpower, commitment, and personal power. We create self-assurance by making mistakes, 'cause is not the failure itself that we appreciate, but what the failure represents. We are self-disciplined and we're not afraid to accept challenges and responsibilities.
